I booked a Himachal holiday package (myself, my wife and two children) with ARV Holidays (P) Ltd., Representative Ms.Nidhi Nag of Lucknow branch office. She has been very helpful and speedy in her response to all my enquiries. Mr.Arun Sharma of Delhi office was very kind in providing various information. As I am a new customer with ARV Holidays (P) Ltd., I am very impressed with the quality and efficiency of their services. They are very prompt in sending receipts, travel and hotel vouchers. They have taken proper care of all the concerns and provided the best in class hotels at Shimla (Satyam Paradise) and Chandigarh (City Heights). These hotels are superior 3-star hotels with large, nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is decent. Food was good.The furnishings are simply amazing. However, I have few adverse comments on the President Hotel in Manali. Although room is big at this hotel, people at front desk and restaurant were not friendly and had a "Take it or leave it attitude ". Food was not tastier and restricted to two dishes (veg/non-veg) citing meal plan. They have not bothered to check dirty bed linen before allotting.

I thank Mr. Rajneesh, their travel associate at Shimla for providing excellent car (Swift dzire) and highly experienced drivers- Mr.Pawan Kumar and Mr. Manoj Kumar for our entire 6N/7D holidays. They are very kind and have good knowledge of roads and places of interest. Overall experience with ARV Holidays (P) Ltd was very good and I would recommend to my friends and definitely use them again.My thanks to Ms.Nidhi Nag, Mr.Arun Sharma of ARV Holidays (P) Ltd and their travel and hotel partners at destinations.

Thank you for organising our Delhi, Agra , shimla,kulu Manali and Amristar trip in a memorable way for 8 families. Everyone were happy with the services provided including the hotels,food and transportation and being in touch through out the trip. Except the hotel at shimla rest of the places were good.Driver Shiva and his assistant Raju did a great service and they need lot of appreciation.
